The Motorcycle That Came With A Map
One of the most interesting things about importing motorcycles from America is the unexpected history that sometimes comes with them.
Every now and then a bike arrives with more than just a title and a box of spare parts. We've found old service records, faded photographs, handwritten notes and even road maps tucked away under seats or inside saddlebags.
Imagine unfolding a map and seeing the routes the previous owner once travelled decades ago. Small towns circled in pen, fuel stops marked, coffee stains and creases from years of use. Suddenly the motorcycle becomes more than metal and machinery. It becomes part of someone's story.
These little discoveries remind us that every classic motorcycle has lived a life before it reaches our workshop. Some were daily transport, some were weekend touring bikes and some sat quietly waiting for another chance on the road.
What's the most interesting thing you've ever found with a motorcycle, car or other classic vehicle?
