Full payment must be made before delivery or on collection.
Collection or delivery must take place within the agreed time frame discussed at the time of sale.

Many motorcycles are sold as classic motorcycle projects and may have faults, missing parts, wear or mechanical issues due to age.
Due to the age of these motorcycles, normal wear, modifications and previous repairs should be expected.
All motorcycles should be checked, serviced and recommissioned before road use.
Photographs and videos form part of the vehicle description, and buyers should study them carefully.
Classic and Classy Motorcycles Ltd reserves the right to correct listing errors or withdraw a vehicle from sale before a deposit is taken.
Imported motorcycles will be supplied with the documentation available at the time of sale.
NOVA has been completed, meaning no further import tax is due.
DVLA registration is the responsibility of the buyer.
