Do I need a dating certificate for my imported motorcycle?

A dating certificate helps establish the year of manufacture of a motorcycle and can be used as supporting evidence during the DVLA registration process.
Not every motorcycle will need one, if you have the USA Title you dont, but many imported motorcycles require proof of age before an age-related registration number can be issued.
