The Triumph Bonneville T120 650 cc was an icon of the 1970s British motorcycle scene, continuing the legacy of the 1960s model. With twin-carb performance, distinctive styling and export popularity, the T120 was a favourite in both the UK and the US. By the mid-1970s it was eventually replaced by the 750 cc T140, but today the 650 T120 remains one of the most desirable Triumph twins of the period.

Notes: Values vary depending on whether the bike is an early 1970–71 T120 or a later 1972–73 example, as later models are overshadowed by the 750 cc T140. Export-spec and matching-numbers examples are strongest. Original paint and chrome are key value drivers.
As of September 2025, UK 1970s Triumph Bonneville T120 650 cc values generally sit around £3.5–5k for projects, £6–8.5k for tidy roadworthy riders, and £9–12k for restored or exceptional originals. Matching numbers and originality remain the strongest price drivers.
