1975 Harley Davidson 1000cc Ironhead Sportster XLH Project

This Bike comes with a (Nova). I do not have the Title you need to get a dating certificate.
Frame and engine Match = 3A4419#H5.
Not had running, the ignition goes off as soon as I touch the starter.
Ignition comes back on later, maybe a loose wire but I didn't find it.
Engine turns over by rocking in gear.
Gears select and clutch works.
Front brake not working, needs bleeding.
Back brake works.
While the ignition was working, I did see the headlight on and the horn worked.
